About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Sierra Medical Center. As a key member of our operating room team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare the operating room for procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are available.
  • Assist in positioning, prepping, and draping patients for surgical procedures.
  • Monitor PAR levels of surgical instruments and supplies, and restock as needed.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient operating environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Surgical Technician Certification required (within 6 months of hire) or verifiable hospital surgical tech experience prior to 1/1/2018.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in the operating room.
