**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled Medical Professional to perform Disability Assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. This is an in-person position that requires analyzing data from medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires and form medical opinions.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a set schedule during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm. You will NOT be on call, and all work is performed in a clinical setting.

This opportunity allows you to serve the veteran community and make a difference in their lives. As a Medical Professional, you will be responsible for performing independent medical assessments, reviewing medical records electronically, and conducting focused physical exams on each Veteran.

Key Attributes:

  • Able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Skilled in time management and able to stay on task.
  • Proficiently use computer software.
  • Must hold a current, unrestricted NP or PA (NCCPA accredited) license.

Benefits:

We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide health insurance options, training, and continued support. Our company provides a computer and all necessary equipment for the role.

What You'll Do:

  1. Perform Disability Assessments on 3-5 Veterans per day.
  2. Analyze data from medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires and form medical opinions.
  3. Conduct focused physical exams on each Veteran.
  4. Document exam findings electronically through a web portal.
