Substation Configuration Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Substation Configuration Specialist to join our team in Portland, OR. In this role, you will work closely with our design team to configure and produce engineering drawings for high voltage substation projects.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading power engineering consultant firm that provides comprehensive services to electric utilities and industries across the U.S. You will be responsible for configuring and producing engineering drawings for installation and commissioning of electro-mechanical and microprocessor type protection relay systems in high voltage substations.

• BSEE or MSEE required
• 5+ years of experience specifying, configuring and producing engineering drawings for installation and commissioning of electro-mechanical and microprocessor type protection relay systems
• An extensive background in power system protection and control
• Proven experience managing a team and excellent communication, organizational and writing skills

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
