Job Description

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer/Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of new product introduction (NPI) programs at our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements, as well as collaborating with site engineering and operational leadership to plan and direct NPI activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement NPI best practices at the facility.
  • Partner with site engineering and operational leadership to plan and direct NPI activities.
  • Prepare and monitor master project/development plans, quotes, budgets, specifications, and schedules.
  • Establish milestones and provide leadership to NPI project teams.
  • Manage planning and communication with other functions, including marketing, quality, regulatory, design assurance, manufacturing, and more.
  • Provide training to Associates within the site NPI team and cross-functional teams.
  • Define and deliver necessary project documents in accordance with Integer requirements and applicable domestic/international regulations or standards.
  • Support the ongoing implementation and maintenance of an effective product development system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science; Master's degree in business or technical field preferred.
  • Certification from an accredited institution in Project/Program Management preferred.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of medical products industry experience, including six (6) years in a project management capacity.

  • Strong interpersonal and team skills with ability to collaborate effectively and demonstrate conflict resolution.
  • Proficient management and leadership skills and competencies.
  • Ability to manage at both a broad and tactical level.
  • Effective business consulting skills, including the ability to establish rapport with key internal and external business leaders.
  • Working knowledge of general business operations and ability to apply concepts to establish and meet goals.
  • Ability to manage key performance indicators and identify appropriate metrics.
  • Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid planning and organization skills, including attention to detail, multi-tasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in preparing documentation, including project plans, schedules, checklists, protocols, and reports.
  • Proficient use of a PC, office software (MS Office Suite), and specialty project software (MS Project).
