We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Mission Hospital Mission Viejo. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines to provide evidence-based care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association certification.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
