Speech Language Pathologist

The Employee Connect is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join their team in Clayton County, GA area. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. Your expertise will be essential in developing therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders, implementing standardized tests for accurate diagnosis, and establishing treatment goals and milestones with patients. You will also be responsible for documenting and storing treatment plans and progress reports, updating patient progress to relevant parties, and researching related speech and language problems. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in communication disorders, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a positive and patient demeanor. A Master's degree in Communication and a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology are required. New graduates are welcome to apply. The successful candidate will be required to sign a one-year contract, which is renewable yearly.
