Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement lesson plans and manage classrooms in a way that promotes a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience for all children.
  • Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of their child's progress and development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support children's learning and development, including those with special educational needs.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Early Childhood Education credentials, with a minimum of 12 units.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • US Work Authorization (Zen Educate cannot provide sponsorship for an employment visa or relocation assistance at this time).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Experience working with personal care.
  • ParaPro Certification or similar.
  • Past work experience in a school setting.
