Become a Key Player as a Machine Operator with a Leading Manufacturer

  • Work Hours: 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm
  • Compensation: $17-$20 depending on experience

Position Overview:

  • Operate a variety of machinery within the production line while following established safety guidelines.
  • Conduct inspections on products to confirm compliance with quality benchmarks and oversee machinery for any operational issues.
  • Manage raw materials, finished products, and packaged items through manual handling or using hoisting equipment.
  • Verify product quantities, label items, and facilitate the loading and unloading of products from machines utilizing forklifts.
  • Transport materials between storage locations and production areas, either manually or with vehicles.
  • Prepare raw materials and keep precise records of production metrics.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for this position.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience as a machine operator or relevant training preferred
  • Willingness to learn basic computer skills and company-specific software
  • Able to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently
