Job Overview

Minutemen Staffing is seeking a skilled and experienced Team Supervisor for a reputable manufacturing organization.

  • Position available with potential for permanent placement
  • Compensation up to $23 per hour, depending on qualifications (weekly pay)
  • 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday from 3 PM to 11 PM (availability for weekends and overtime as required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise employee performance and effectively communicate organizational standards to the team
  • Report any mechanical, scheduling, or personnel issues to the Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager
  • Manage inventory levels of sheets, ink, and other essential supplies
  • Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of machinery

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 3 to 5 years of demonstrated management experience
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in converting paper bags or manufacturing is preferred
