Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration equipment to ensure efficient operation and prevent downtime
- Use electrical test devices to troubleshoot and repair HVAC electrical control circuits
- Diagnose mechanical problems and determine corrective actions using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs
- Operate common hand and power tools, precision measuring instruments, and electrical testing devices
- Work with Building Automation Systems (BAS) to complete tasks as needed
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the position's role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis
- Valid driver's license required
- Graduation from high school or equivalent and two years experience
- E.P.A. 608 Refrigerant certification
- Ability to act as a lead technician and provide guidance to other technicians
