Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly To Go/Takeout Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering guest orders in a timely and efficient manner. You will also interact with guests both in person and on the phone, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking and preparing guest orders in a fast-paced environment
  • Interacting with guests in person and over the phone to ensure their needs are met
  • Working with third-party delivery services to fulfill guest orders
  • Providing quality and efficient assistance to guests
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $12.50 and $15.00 per hour, depending on experience. This translates to an annual salary of approximately $26,000 to $31,200 per year.
