Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  • Leadership: Lead a team of professional site controllers and accountants, driving financial processes across sites and fostering cross-group collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Degree: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • CPA License: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or equivalent.
  • Public Company Experience: Experience working in a public company environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team of professional site controllers and accountants.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial matters into simple terms.
