Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Proactively engage with customers, asking questions and listening to their needs, directing them to merchandise, and informing them about upcoming events, promotions, and mobile offers.
  • Organization: Maintain store appearance, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Sales: Cross-sell products, know the store layout, and make suggestions to customers based on their individual needs.
  • Inventory: Be the keeper of merchandise, complete all inventory processes, and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
  • Dependability: Adhere to assigned work schedule, accurately complete work assignments, and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
Qualifications:
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth technical knowledge of products, including warranties and comparisons.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of retail or relevant work experience, with 6 months of product-specific experience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to multi-task, work as part of a team, and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:

This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 25 lbs. and up to 50lbs in some departments. Work is typically performed indoors but may be assigned outdoors depending on location.
