Job Overview

At SAC Health, we are committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care. We are seeking a skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team.

The estimated salary for this role is $43,000 - $53,000 per year, depending on experience and location. This position offers a full benefits package, including paid time off, sick leave, holidays, jury duty pay, bereavement leave, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, answer phones, and manage patient check-in and check-out duties
  • Verify patient demographic information, determine insurance eligibility, and collect copays
  • Perform electronic health records tasks, including registration, scheduling, and data entry
  • Collect payments, reconcile daily reports, and maintain accurate financial records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical terminology preferred
  • 6 months of customer service, general office, or healthcare-related experience required
  • EPIC certification required for the module you have been hired into
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
