Pit Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Pit Technician to join our team at Rapid Oil Change Inc. in Midland, TX.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing oil changes and other necessary services on vehicles, working closely with the Hood Technician and reporting to the Floor Supervisor.

• Collaborate with the Hood Technician to perform oil changes and other necessary services on vehicles.
• Deliver clear and effective oral communication in a dynamic shop environment.
• Provide technical information to assist the Hood Technician in communicating with customers.
• Demonstrate physical dexterity for efficient task execution.
• Uphold company policies and procedures for customer safety and satisfaction.
• Conduct quality checks and maintain fluid levels in vehicles.
• Identify and report vehicle damage or fluid leaks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical competence.
• Adhere to ethical standards and foster a respectful work environment.

• Strong oral communication skills in a noisy environment.

• Valid Texas Driver's License.
