Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team in Olathe, KS. As a Physical Therapist at SERC, you will work with patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help them recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve their overall health and well-being.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients, including manual therapy, exercise, and education
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
