Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and surpass established company targets for Sales, Collections, KPIs, and Patient Experience metrics.
  • Fulfill all duties associated with the Apprentice Optician role.
  • Address patient and practice concerns with immediate and appropriate responses.
  • Identify, resolve, and rectify customer service challenges.
  • Ensure that best practices are implemented to guarantee patient satisfaction and successful transactions within the optical dispensary.
  • Communicate any patient or practice satisfaction issues directly and promptly to the District Manager.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with practice doctors, leadership, and staff members.
  • Occasionally perform additional tasks as assigned, with the assurance of receiving adequate training and support.
Essential Qualifications
  • Prior experience in retail or the optical sector.
  • State registration, licensure, and certifications as required.
