Job Summary:

The 3rd Shift Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production employees to meet the expectations of ITW and its customers. This leadership position will also be responsible for supporting employees to achieve department metrics for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Effectively lead and manage the performance and development of a team of direct reports.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, complete annual performance evaluations, lead new hire onboarding training initiatives.
  • Scheduling and Attendance: Monitor and manage employee schedules and attendance.
  • Corrective Action: Lead and/or support corrective action processes.

Qualifications:
