About the Role:

The Fry Cook is a key position at Taco Bell, responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction. This role requires a friendly, helpful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items, including fish, chicken, shrimp, and hush puppies, to meet quality and quantity standards.
  • Operate food preparation equipment, such as ovens, fryers, and grills, to prepare menu items.
  • Maintain the cooking equipment by performing required cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Restock product and workstations to ensure a smooth service experience.
  • Maintain a clean work environment by completing general cleaning tasks, including wiping workstations, cleaning equipment, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • No previous experience required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating instructions, and training materials.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
  • Must have a positive and friendly demeanor to interact with coworkers and guests.
