- Requirements Management: Initiate, draft, and review all formal knowledge management requirements and documents, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with stakeholders, customers, and supporting contractors to ensure effective knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Knowledge Storage and Organization: Store and organize knowledge in approved centralized databases and content management systems.
- Intelligence Analysis: Assist in identifying solutions to complex intelligence analysis problems and shortfalls through collaboration with stakeholders and innovation centers of excellence.
- Research and Development: Maintain awareness of government, Intelligence Community, and industry research and development to identify solutions to meet current and future intelligence collection requirements.
- Validation and Verification: Validate requirements and capabilities with customers until approved as accepted solutions by the government.
- Data Management: Assist in collection, management, and presentation of data related to existing and future knowledge management requirements.
- Reporting and Metrics: Compile reports on performance/usage metrics, estimates to complete, and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities.
- Policy Development: Support the development of policies that align people, processes, and technology to enable sharing and enhance intelligence collection.
- Knowledge Management Assessments: Conduct knowledge management assessments of organizational infrastructure, identifying knowledge gaps and shortfalls, and developing courses of action to address them.
- Strategic Planning: Design and develop a KM strategic plan with integrated architecture, assigned roles and responsibilities, success metrics, and change management strategy.
- Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate internal and external knowledge sharing and collaboration via comprehensive communications strategy and implementation plan.
- Organizational Data Management: Organize, store, and manage organizational data, information, content, and products in approved data/content/records management systems.
- Lessons Learned: Implement and maintain a lessons learned capability.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct knowledge management continuous process improvement activities.
- Organizational Policies: Support the development of organizational policies.
- Customer Support: Interface with customers on CI/HUMINT capability questions, help, and training.
- Continuity Planning: Develop and maintain organizational continuity management plan and knowledge management continuity plan.
- Top Secret Clearance: Must have a Top Secret Clearance and be SCI Eligible.
- Master's Degree: Must have a Master's Degree.
- Relevant Experience: Must have 10+ years of relevant experience.
