Job Description

FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our physical therapy team in Webster, TX. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our physical therapy department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our physical therapy team, ensuring that our department is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Patient Care: Oversee the development and implementation of treatment plans for our patients, ensuring that they receive the best possible care and treatment.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor our physical therapy staff, including physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, and rehabilitation technicians.
  • Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our physical therapy department, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that our physical therapy department is meeting or exceeding quality standards, including patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
  • Licensure: Current state licensure and all other state-required documentation
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a physical therapist, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
