Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
2. Oversee process and maintenance projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
3. Offer technical engineering support across the facility to resolve issues and improve operations.
4. Uphold all quality and environmental standards, ensuring compliance with regulations.
5. Facilitate Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and lead incident investigations to enhance safety protocols.

Compensation:
Salary range of $155,000 - $160,000, with potential for a bonus of 13% or more.
