Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with engines, transmissions, and other critical systems.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and minimize downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair, preferably with a focus on heavy-duty trucks.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
