Position Overview

Ruff Day Resort is seeking a skilled Canine Grooming Specialist to join our team.

This role offers flexible scheduling with part-time hours. As a W2 employee, you will receive competitive compensation along with all tips earned. We require a commitment of at least two days per week, including one Saturday each month from 8:30 AM to 3 PM.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Bathing and conditioning dogs
  • Clipping nails and brushing teeth
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by pet owners

We are looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for dogs and possess the necessary grooming experience and tools. Our facility provides essential equipment such as a tub, grooming table, dryers, shampoo, and workspace.

If you are a recent graduate from a grooming school, we can assist in building your clientele. Experienced groomers are also encouraged to apply, as we handle the scheduling for you.

It is important to note that this position requires proficiency in grooming, with the ability to complete the average grooming session in approximately 1.5 hours.
