Job Responsibilities:
- Navigate a service vehicle to various scheduled appointments across the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe regions. (No prior experience required; we provide paid training)
- Assess customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Gain expertise in cleaning techniques, stain removal, and equipment maintenance.
- Perform cleaning services for carpets, upholstery, tile, stone, hardwood floors, and granite countertops.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Dependable, honest, and mature attitude.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Availability for Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM shifts.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base hourly wage (including overtime) plus commission for additional products and services sold during jobs. Potential earnings range from $15 to $20+ per hour.

Work Environment:
