We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Dermatology Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and managing front desk operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming patients and providing them with exceptional customer service
  • Managing appointment schedules and handling phone calls
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
  • Availability to work full-time and some weekends
