Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of experienced clinicians. As a Speech Language Pathologist at Fox Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, providing individualized speech therapy services to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one speech therapy services to patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patients' communication strengths and weaknesses
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist License in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
  • Degree from an accredited speech language pathologist therapy program
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Current CPR certification
