As a Retail Nursery Assistant Leader at Blake Nursery, you'll be responsible for working in plant care and customer sales, assisting with inventory management, and gaining hands-on knowledge of Montana native and cold-hardy plants.
We offer a competitive salary plus low-cost housing option, allowing you to enjoy a great work-life balance. Our rural location provides a peaceful setting, just 5 miles from Big Timber, with brand new cabins under construction at an affordable price of approximately $350 per month, including utilities.
Please note that you'll need to be proficient with a point-of-sale system, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive, as well as social media. You'll also need to be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
