Construction Technologist

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year

This Construction Technician position plays a crucial role in our team's success. As a key member, you'll be responsible for maintaining productivity levels, reporting labor, and safely operating equipment. You'll work with us to set up unit bases using laser levels, install perimeter angles, and reconnect units with minor supervision.

You'll also be responsible for filling out JRM books, adhering to our Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards, and looking up drawings on Shop Floor Viewer as needed. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in this role.

• Minimum 6 months of residential or commercial construction experience required
• Read and write English
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Education preferred
• Knowledge of company safety policies

The work environment is usually moderate in noise level. You'll frequently use your hands to touch, handle, or feel objects. You'll occasionally stand, walk, reach, climb, or balance. The vision requirements include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
