We are seeking a skilled Integration/Production Engineer to join our team. This role involves collaborating with technology partners, operation engineers, and vendors to implement cutting-edge technology solutions for delivering top-tier audio and video broadcasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with technology partners and vendors to implement smart technology solutions for high-quality audio and video delivery.
  • Capture logs and network traffic for analysis, troubleshooting, and designing effective solutions.
  • Coordinate and engage in testing new solutions and workflows alongside various teams including CDN, Ad Insertion, Technical Operations, and QA teams.
  • Participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) for emerging OTT video standards (e.g., HDR10, Dolby Vision, UHD) and audio formats (e.g., Surround, Atmos).
  • Utilize professional experiences to optimize and troubleshoot live streams effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in video technologies.
  • Collaborate with vendors on cloud-based content delivery and related services.
  • Foster a team-centric culture by working closely with other members in the organization.
  • Continuously learn, improve, and optimize processes and working methodologies.
  • Assist in installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the streaming workspace and system integration.
  • Strong consideration given to candidates with cloud experience related to media delivery.
  • Proficient written skills for documenting workflows, technologies, and designs.
  • Professional experience with live streaming delivery and handling issues related to video delivery at scale.
  • Solid understanding of OTT streaming protocols such as CMAF, HLS, and DASH.
  • Knowledge of video codecs (e.g., H.264/AVC, H.265/HEVC) and audio codecs (e.g., AAC, AVC).
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and a basic understanding of CDN architecture concepts.
  • Comfortable with Agile and SCRUM processes.
  • Familiarity with various OTT video delivery workflows, including basic networking concepts, source origination, video ingest, encoding, or packaging.
