Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Addiction Counselor to join our team at Pathway Healthcare. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and evidence-based behavioral health services to our patients.

In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, providing outpatient counseling services in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) setting. You will also be responsible for conducting clinical assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and developing personalized treatment plans.

Our ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, as well as independent licensure in the state where they will be working. A strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care, is also essential.
