We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse at Signature HealthCARE, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents. You will be responsible for providing direct and compassionate care, supervising nursing assistants, and operating in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents
• Supervise nursing assistants and ensure they comply with facility policies and procedures
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures

• Possess an active RN license in the state of residence
• Current/active CPR certification
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality

The pay range for this position is up to USD $36.32/Hr.
