Critical Care Nurse

At Superbeo, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Prescribe and coordinate professional nursing care for assigned patients, working independently within established guidelines and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care and maintain satisfactory relationships with other departments and nursing units.
- Participate in education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills of personnel.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Allscripts Paragon to manage patient care and documentation.
- Read vital signs and administer injections/vaccinations as required.
- Float to Med Surge and regular ICU units as needed, with a patient ratio of 2:1.
- Participate in a 4-6 week orientation program, including hands-on training and unit tours.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- One year of nursing experience related to a specialty area, with telemetry and ICU experience required.
- Current N.H. R.N. license, ACLS Certification, and PALS Certification (recommended).
- Rhythm Recognition or Basic Arrhythmia experience required, with PCCN or CCRN Certification preferred.
- Ability to learn and adapt, with strong leadership and communication skills.
