Job Title: Behavioral Health Therapist

Job Summary:

Harbor House, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Therapist to provide direct client care and supervision of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health services and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral health services to clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
  • Delegate and oversee work assignments of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers, Certified Peer Specialists, Certified Youth Support Specialists, and Certified Family Support Partners.
  • Ensure compliance with provider policies and procedures.
  • Provide direct supervision of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers, Certified Peer Specialists, Certified Youth Support Specialists, and Certified Family Support Partners.
  • Provide case consultation and in-service training to staff.
  • Observe and evaluate performance of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers, Certified Youth Specialists, and Certified Family Support Partners.
  • Provide supervision as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP), including assessment and referral skills, treatment/intervention effectiveness, and clinical documentation issues.
  • Attend and actively participate in Learning and Development opportunities.
  • Monitor programs to comply with state and CARF standards.

Requirements:

  • Possess independent Behavioral Health licensure in Arkansas as an LCSW or LPC with five (5) years' experience in behavioral health services.
  • Must be proficient in all Office Suite productivity tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
  • Must be knowledgeable of Electronic Health Record systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, analytical and problem-solving skills, customer service skills, and supervision of personnel.
