Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' current healthcare needs, income level, age, and immigration status to determine eligibility for healthcare coverage.
- Assist patients in choosing a healthcare plan that meets their needs and budget.
- Work with Outpatient Case Managers and Community Medicine Outpatient Account Reps to ensure seamless patient care.
- Problem-solve and provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
- ACA Certification for Certified Application Counselor preferred.
- Experience assisting with the NJ Family Care application.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
