**Job Summary**
The Sales Manager is a key member of the BB BHF STORES LLC team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the credit manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Working Conditions:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and move around the store.
- Occasionally required to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
- May be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Compensation and Benefits:
$15.50 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
