Job Description

**Job Summary**

The Sales Manager is a key member of the BB BHF STORES LLC team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct staff to achieve sales and customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, including cash handling and reconciliation.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the credit manager to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the success of the store.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and move around the store.
  • Occasionally required to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 pounds.
  • May be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Compensation and Benefits:

$15.50 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
