About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform portable x-ray procedures in a variety of settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and patient locations.
  • Collect and verify patient information and order documentation prior to procedures.
  • Prepare and position patients for diagnostic imaging exams.
  • Operate portable radiologic equipment and determine exposure factors based on patient needs.
  • Process and transmit images in a timely manner, ensuring diagnostic quality.
  • Maintain accurate records and visit logs, and perform routine equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • Meet state-specific and federal requirements to perform portable x-rays, including registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or limited scope x-ray license.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to move or lift equipment up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of settings.
