Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Allied 24/7. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for operating computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Duration: 8 weeks

Responsibilities:

  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history and imaging results
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide the best possible care

Qualifications:

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, (CT) certification preferred
  • Licensed technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and/or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved)
  • Vaccinated for Influenza, seasonal
