Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven Web Developers to enhance our team. As a Web Developer, you will collaborate closely with our development team to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications, significantly contributing to the success of our initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the conceptualization and creation of web applications and websites.
  • Design, develop, and sustain scalable solutions utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript/Java frameworks and cloud technologies.
  • Leverage cloud services for processing and integration, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Create custom MS365 web add-ins to enhance functionality and improve user interaction within our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust web applications and add-ins.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to guarantee the quality and reliability of web applications.
  • Engage in code reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback.
  • Support the maintenance and optimization of existing web applications.
  • Work closely with designers and other team members to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest web technologies and trends, sharing knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong grasp of web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with at least one web development framework or library such as React or Angular.
  • Solid understanding of various cloud platforms and technologies, such as AWS and Azure.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript/Java development, with experience in modern reactive frameworks such as VueJS, ReactJS, and similar.
  • Experience in both Linux and Windows environments.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Basic understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with server-side programming languages such as Python or PHP.
  • Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with front-end build tools and preprocessors such as Webpack, Babel, or Sass.
  • Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies such as Jest, Mocha, or Selenium.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with serverless architectures and microservices.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards and best practices.
