The National Security Sector at Leidos seeks a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Geolocation Analyst. This position is ideal for an individual looking for a challenge and interested in working collaboratively within a team environment. The successful candidate will be based in the Augusta, GA area.

Job Summary

The Senior Geolocation Analyst shall provide operational support to the government by performing tasks required to search, detect, identify, intercept, and locate signals of interest. This includes processing voice communications in support of operations and providing summary translations of target transmissions. Additionally, the incumbent will mentor less experienced analysts to enhance the training program and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

A Bachelor's degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience are required. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. A Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) with Polygraph security clearance is mandatory. Furthermore, the selected candidate must possess the following language analyst qualifications:

  • Perform at ILR skill level 2 in audio translation from Russian into American English.
  • Demonstrate current ILR proficiency via formal assessment while on contract, if required.
  • Possess the equivalent of four years full-time cryptologic language processing or related cryptologic experience.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $87,100.00 - $157,450.00. The pay range is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, and applicable bargaining agreements.
