Key Responsibilities- Provide medical care to patients aged 18 and above
- Conduct routine check-ups, diagnose and treat illnesses, and prescribe medications as needed
- Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in the field
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field
- Valid state medical license and DEA certification
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Experience in a primary care setting
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Annualized salary of $220,000.00 – $240,000.00
- Sign on bonus of $20,000.00
- Differential hourly rate on Saturdays
- Bonus program up to $24,000.00 annually
- Malpractice insurance paid by the Medical Group
- Eligibility for enrollment into the Medical Group's health and benefit plans
- Coverage of one-time annual salary Basic Life and AD&D up to $200k
- Aflac – supplemental insurance
- 401(k) plan with company matching
- CME annual allowance of $500.00
- Renewal payment of medical state license, DEA, and NICA
- 136 hours of Paid Time Off
- One floating holiday
- One week of paid time off for CME
- Ten paid holidays
