Job Overview

Kizuki Ramen is seeking a skilled Dish Prep Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dish room, dish machine, and storage areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain dish machines to company and manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensure dish machine is well maintained and calibrated to comply with sanitation codes.
  • Check and refill sanitation bucket on the cooking line.
  • Assist the prep cook during AM prep.
  • Clean and sanitize the dish machine at the end of a shift.
  • Be punctual and on-time.

Compensation: $19-$21 per hour
