About Us:
We are in search of a skilled and knowledgeable Permanent Estate Planning Counsel to enhance our expanding Legal division. This role offers a unique chance for a proficient individual to leverage their knowledge in estate planning, management of estates and trusts, and the preparation of standard estate planning documents. The ideal candidate will possess a robust comprehension of estate and trust law, outstanding analytical capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver expert legal counsel on issues pertaining to estates and trusts.
2. Manage estates and trusts with efficiency and precision.
3. Draft, evaluate, and modify standard estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
4. Collaborate with clients to formulate and execute effective estate planning strategies.
5. Conduct research on intricate legal matters related to estate and trust law.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law institution.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estate Planning Counsel.
3. Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
4. Extensive experience in the management of estates and trusts.
5. Proven proficiency in drafting and revising standard estate planning documents.
