We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Care Specialist to join our Chronic Care Unit team. As a Dialysis Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care services, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment. Your technical skills and genuine passion for patient care will enable you to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Measuring and recording vital signs
  • Initiating cannulation and patient observations
  • Setting up hemodialysis machines

Requirements:

  • 1 year of dialysis experience
  • BONENT certification
  • BLS (AHA) certification
  • Idaho state license
