- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in product design within the HVAC or related industries.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects effectively.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration is preferred.
