Cardiac Rehab Nurse Opportunity

Harrison County Hospital is seeking a skilled Cardiac Rehab Nurse to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in our Cardiac Rehabilitation Department. As a Cardiac Rehab Nurse, you will assess, plan, and coordinate patient care, communicate with physicians, and teach patients and families about heart health.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and plan patient care in the Cardiac Rehabilitation Department
  • Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Teach patients and families about heart health and risk factor modification
  • Work in stress lab and complete stress lab patient schedules
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Current state registered nurse licensure
  • Stress lab experience and/or previous stress lab training
  • Previous experience in critical care nursing, ER, cardiac rehab, or minimum of 2 years cardiac experience
