Wellspring New Horizons Detox Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Technician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their recovery journey from substance use disorder.

• Monitor the program during assigned shifts, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Act as a positive role model, providing guidance and support to clients during non-treatment hours.
• Implement agency safety policies in case of emergencies and contact the on-call supervisor as needed.
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and stimulation to clients through conversations, activities, and other forms of engagement.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience working in a residential setting preferred.
• Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Recovery Coach, or Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) is desirable.
• A genuine desire to work in a service capacity to support individuals in recovery.
