Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Strategist to lead our digital transformation initiatives and drive operational efficiency in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to improve healthcare delivery, patient outcomes, and stakeholder experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consulting engagements and manage workstreams in start-up or consulting programs/projects, guiding small teams and contributing to the overall success of the healthcare practice.
  • Bring deep expertise in healthcare operations and practices, with a focus on key functional areas within the healthcare value chain, such as end-to-end claims processes, contact centers, utilization management, and prior authorization.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare domain, with a strong understanding of the healthcare value chain and its business functions, including payer/provider processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of one or more healthcare functional areas such as claims management, utilization management, contact centers, and appeals/grievances.
