  • Maintain compliance with accreditation organizations and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in continuing education, staff development, and education events to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Serve as a clinical resource for radiologists, providers, and staff to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Communicate effectively and diplomatically with all stakeholders to resolve issues and improve department operations
  • Assist in the orientation, training, and evaluation of department caregivers to ensure a smooth transition into their roles

Requirements:

  • Current registration with The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Minimum of 2 years of radiology technologist experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team
