Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Container Washer to join our team at Waste Connections. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our containers and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pressure wash carts, containers, and bins to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
  • Move carts, bins, and containers around the yard to facilitate cleaning and maintenance
  • Clean garbage containers, carts, and bins to prevent the spread of disease and maintain a clean working environment
  • Use a pressure washer to clean and sanitize plastic and metal containers for reuse
  • Maintain the appearance of our facility by performing tasks such as weed eating and mowing

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and containers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
